We are looking for a Rental Quality Assurance Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group. This role involves inspecting the interior and exterior of rental cars, ensuring they meet our quality standards for customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for entering vehicle data, coordinating car movements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rental vehicles for quality assurance.
• Enter vehicle information using a mobile device.
• Assist customers and coordinate car movements in the airport lots.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various shifts.
