Respiratory Therapist - Sign-On Bonus

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time night shift position with the possibility of a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in administering oxygen, various treatments, and managing ventilators for our patients. Additionally, you will be responsible for safely and effectively administering medications and documenting therapy sessions and patient responses.

Responsibilities

• Administer oxygen, various treatment modalities, and ventilator management.
• Administer medications safely and effectively following department protocols.
• Accurately document therapy sessions, patient responses, and equipment use.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred: One year of respiratory therapy experience.
