Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of managers and crew members to ensure successful operations in People, Profitability, and Operations.
  • Provide high-level leadership to the restaurant and employees.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by overseeing efficient and friendly transactions.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, following state laws and standards.
  • Handle human resource functions such as staffing, training, scheduling, and supervision.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
  • 5 years of restaurant experience.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and possess a state driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
