Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Assistant Store Manager of Visual Merchandising to join our team at L.L.Bean's Wayside Commons store in Burlington, MA. In this pivotal role, you will drive business results, develop talent, and ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience aligned with L.L.Bean's core values. Collaborating with the Store Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives, manage P & L performance, and uphold the brand's integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service and foster the same culture within the staff.
• Execute visual merchandising plans to enhance the brand experience.
• Communicate and enforce consistent priorities in visual merchandising.
• Implement merchandise plans and seasonal directives accurately and timely.
• Execute store marketing directives and promotional activities.
• Contribute to employee recruitment, training, and development.
• Promote a seamless customer experience from learning about products to enjoying them.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 2-Year Associates Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and service goals.
• Leadership abilities to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
