Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise and maintain displays
- Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate cash register and equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous retail experience preferred
