We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is organized and clean.

Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ALDI's competencies and professional skills.
- Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory. Conduct store inventory counts.
- Follow cash policies, uphold company procedures, and ensure data security.
- Perform physical tasks like stocking merchandise and operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
- Ability to operate store equipment and follow company policies.
- Effective communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- High School Diploma preferred. Retail experience is a plus.
