Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will contribute to creating an outstanding customer experience through merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products on shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
• Stand, bend, reach, and move around the store during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is beneficial.
