Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operation. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies with good communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
