We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team at Aldi as Retail Stockers. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are stocked with fresh products, creating excellent displays, and operating necessary machinery in a safe manner. Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Assist customers and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves with fresh products according to planograms.
- Organize inventory, operate machinery safely, and follow proper merchandising procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
