Sales Advisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Treeo Senior Living. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in fostering relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources, highlighting the unique benefits of our retirement community and facilitating the sales process effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery to understand the needs of prospects.
• Lead guided tours for prospective residents and family members.
• Maintain tour readiness by regularly inspecting the building and model apartments.
• Coordinate and execute sales and marketing activities through various channels.
• Maintain an accurate prospect database and follow up via phone calls, visits, and notes.
• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community.

Requirements

• A passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
• Preferred: Two years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
• Compensation includes a base wage plus commission.
