Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Assist customers with shopping needs and offer outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Contribute to inventory management and maintain accurate stocking and shelving of merchandise.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and follow cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and data confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Experience in retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
