We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization. You will collaborate with team members and management to maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Take part in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Interpret and apply company policies accurately.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience.
