Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate daily charge capture.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and queries.
- Update materials in the Charge Master and share usage reports.
- Schedule OR and delivery cases.
- Bring project solutions to the team.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Healthcare degree or related field preferred.
- Prior billing/scheduling experience is a plus.
