Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations, Sleep

We are seeking a talented Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations to join our innovative team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for driving field force analytics and operational effectiveness to support the Sleep Business Unit within the US Business Operations and Analytics department.

Responsibilities

• Lead field force effectiveness initiatives and customer targeting strategies.
• Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools to enhance field force productivity.
• Analyze sub-national sales force performance through data platforms and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of business goals.
• Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to enhance data analytics and business processes.

Requirements

• Experience with pharmaceutical data platforms like IQVIA and Symphony.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasets.
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales analytics, operations, or business consulting in the pharmaceutical industry.
