We are looking for a dedicated Shift Lead to join Jack's Grill/Fat Tomato Pizza Company. As a valuable member of our team, you will oversee the smooth operation of the kitchen during your shift, ensuring efficient ticket times, maintaining adequate prep levels, and upholding food quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen staff by assigning positions and delegating tasks.
• Run the kitchen passe efficiently, ensuring timely ticket calling.
• Maintain appropriate prep levels to avoid shortages.
• Plate food correctly and oversee proper cleaning procedures.
• Coordinate break schedules and assist in boosting team morale.
• Uphold safety regulations and ensure completion of checklists and prep lists.
