Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Stroke care to join our exceptional team at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As part of the Inpatient Rehabilitation unit, you will be providing comprehensive patient care to individuals with neurological diagnoses, limb amputations, joint replacements, oncology needs, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs, plan and implement care strategies, and evaluate outcomes.
- Coordinate discharge planning and ensure patient safety throughout the care continuum.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
- Demonstrated skills in holistic patient care, critical decision making, and teamwork.
