Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Provide excellent customer service and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sterilization processes.
• Participate in proper receiving and reprocessing activities.
• May serve as a preceptor to new staff.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Preferred certification: CRCST, CSPDT, or CST.
