Job Description

Join Aldi as a Cashier or Stocker to elevate the shopping experience for our customers in a collaborative team setting. Your role will include operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Less than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership
• Uphold document security and confidentiality
• Execute assigned duties diligently

Cashier Duties

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness
• Offer exceptional customer service and provide feedback
• Monitor inventory and adhere to cash policies

Stocker Duties

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise
• Follow merchandising guidelines for displays
• Operate machinery safely and maintain inventory

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous service
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
