Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Stocking Associate and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative environment. As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, creating merchandised displays, and ensuring the availability of fresh products for our shoppers.
Position Type
- Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain neat merchandise displays
- Operate machinery and follow safety procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and carry products, weighing up to 45 pounds
- Operate equipment safely and properly
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of company products and services
- Prior retail experience preferred
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
