Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your exceptional customer service skills will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Position Information
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and professional skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Contribute feedback to management regarding products and inventory
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and maintain document security
- Perform other assigned duties as required
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Skilled in equipment operation and general cleaning
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
