Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to create a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks with a customer-first mindset.
• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory levels and following cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
