Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly arrange shelves and displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies and security measures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Follow cleaning standards, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred - retail experience is a plus.
