Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a successful career in overseeing store operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies while mentoring and leading the store team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential: Up to $98,500 in the first year (inclusive of salary and bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure top-notch customer service
• Implement company strategies and values to foster a cohesive team environment
• Manage staffing, schedules, and store signage to uphold product quality
• Recruit, interview, and train store personnel
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and handle inventory management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Prior retail experience with management background preferred
• Ability to travel as needed within divisional requirements
