We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Trainee, you will learn all aspects of successfully running a store to prepare for managing your own. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance.
• Implement company strategy and core values.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain product quality.
• Manage staff hiring, training, and scheduling.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
