We are seeking a dedicated Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will participate in all aspects of store operations to prepare for managing your own store. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while fostering the growth of the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $105,000
