We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Store Management Trainee at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing a store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing staffing needs, developing action plans, and fostering team growth.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $30.00 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $119,000 (including salary and bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Manage store operations, staffing, and schedules efficiently.
• Ensure store presentation, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and uphold company standards.
• Capable of managing budgets, personnel, and store equipment.
