Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Report inventory and any issues to management promptly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
