Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Stock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and process customer purchases.
- Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
