Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting store management. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older with high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
