Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with precision.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team setting.
