Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products on shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
