Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean sales floor
• Assist customers and ensure their shopping needs are met
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback to management on store operations

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
