Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products with precision
• Provide top-notch customer service
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management
• Ensure inventory accuracy and follow cash handling policies
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
