Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising to cashiering, you will be actively involved in various aspects of store operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and stocking tasks with attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
