Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute store tasks efficiently and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
