Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and cash-handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
