Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service, help customers with their shopping needs, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Participate in inventory management, adhere to company policies, and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise, and follow company procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus.
