Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating closely with the ALDI team.
Role Overview
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional skills in daily tasks
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
- Participate in inventory management and identify areas for improvement
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and efficiency
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
