Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback, participate in inventory counts, and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, policies, and ensure data security.
• Perform various physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
