We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Effective communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
