Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Follow cash policies to minimize losses and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience in retail is advantageous.
  • Equivalency of education and experience is acceptable.
