Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the operational efficiency of the store.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, cashier, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Follow company standards for inventory management and cash handling.
• Communicate effectively with the management team and provide feedback on store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
