Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and handle customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and report to store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
