Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
