Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized and merchandise is displayed neatly, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment such as a cash register, floor scrubber, etc.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
