Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring operational excellence. Your dedication to providing top-notch customer service and collaborating effectively with the team will contribute to the store's success.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) daily
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring data security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties and stock shelves according to standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
