Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining store operations at the highest standards. As a vital part of the organization, you will collaborate with team members, stock products, operate cash registers, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute store operations in alignment with ALDI's standards and values.
• Assist customers with inquiries, checkouts, and maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing feedback and support.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, following company guidelines.
• Adhere to inventory procedures, cash handling policies, and security protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in cash handling and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures with attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
