Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
