Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role in enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service will be pivotal.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a retail setting is advantageous.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• A mix of education and experience will be considered.
