Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
